We had a great tour of the Rockefeller Center! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and made sure to make the experience personable. He remembered where everyone visited from and incorporated that into the tour. We were provided with headphones to ensure we could hear clearly as we walked the grounds and various buildings. The buildings are beautifully made and we saw an old escalator from back in the day. It was really narrow and interesting to see that it’s still being used. We were also able to witness the creation of the ice skating rink. I learned so much about the history of the buildings, murals, statues, etc. I would definitely recommend the tour to anyone who enjoys history.

A somewhat hidden gem attraction. Of course everyone knows of the iconic ice skating rink. But there is a wonderful food court inside with a great selection of various foods. The view from Top of the Rock is great with 360 degree vistas. Nice views of Central Park and many famous buildings. Frank D. Sold us our tickets and took extra special care to talk about the local history of NYC. A real asset to the team and tourism industry. Highly recommended.

One of the only places I could find to use the restroom in Times Square! This is such a beautiful area around Christmas because of the tree and the ice skating rink! I love how big the tree is, especially standing next to it you feel so small, even when you're constantly dwarfed by the skyscrapers in this city. It's cute that there are different characters walking around taking pictures with people, it's such a wonderful atmosphere and it's really needed nowadays with all the negative world events occurring. Also I was very happy to see the police presence around the area which made me feel safe and at the same time very proud of this great nation.

The place is almost magical. Folks were ice skating in the light rain without a care in the world. It seemed everyone there couldn't keep the smiles off their face. It was immaculately clean and so well lit that our pictures looked as if we took them in the daytime. It was well worth the 18 minute walk from the Empire State Building and it is a must see for visitors to the NYC area. We loved it!

My wife and I were fortunate enough to be visiting New York at the end of November. We were staying at the Lotte New York Palace in a room in their Tower and had a view of the Rockefeller Centre. It was by chance that our visit coincided with the lighting of the Rockefeller Christmas Tree. What a show and what a beautiful tree. It was quite special watching it from our room and on the television at the same time. The tree really is special and if you are in New York when it is up, it has to be seen. When there, also have a look at Saks window display on 5th Avenue. Stunning. It’s the Rock Center Christmas tree, perhaps the most iconic Christmas tree in the entire world! You can’t miss it, you simply can’t! People travel from all around the world to see it and it’s because it’s spectacular. Here is the but; it’s insanely busy and at the end of the day it’s still just a big tree. Who cares though because Christmas is amazing and it’s all worth while to see this tree!
