SO beautiful!! Absolutely amazing! We spent 4 hours here and really only checked out the bottom half. So many great things to see and hidden places to find. It's so neat how in the middle of the city there is this large beautiful piece of land. Probably my favorite place that I went. I LOVE this park! Will definitely return when in the area again.

Central Park is the style of new York City. I have the great pleasure of living several blocks away and it's been my flagship for exercising, taking an enjoyable walk, meditation, and recreation. The panel is always excellent in appearance and while is always full of people there still is an intimate feel. I love waking from the East side to the West and watching the colors change on the leaves as the seasons change. It's a beautiful maintained piece of heaven to have available and easily accessible! I can't wait for the winter when all of the trees and grounds are covered with being white snow crystals! It makes my favorite season so much more enjoyable. Central Park has everything and even as a native New Yorker I don't take it for granted. Its a worldwide blessing!

Central Park is so iconic and important to New York City, it's actually ridiculous to write a review. The reputation speaks for itself, but it's a place I love SO much that I will anyway. The park is a natural, beautiful, oasis from the harshness of the city. It's clean and lovely, well-conserved and home to varied environments for every person. The Ramble can feel a bit wild and mysterious. Views of the lake are tranquil and romantic. The reservoir is a peaceful place for a run or walk in relative solitude. It's a place to take space, for adults, children, dogs, tourists, squirrels, and cops on horses. Equally suited to meditation, impromptu dancing to a street busker, reading a book, or getting a workout, it is as essential to a good quality of life in New York as any other institution, from the subway, to Broadway shows, to skyline views, etc... As my 3-year-old pointed out, "there are lots of snack places!" If you want an exciting or interesting cultural experience, you can visit the Met, the zoo, the ice rink, the boat house, one of several playgrounds, ride a row boat, do a bike tour, see Shakespeare, watch an outdoor movie, see the fall foliage, or go sledding, depending on the time of year. Most everything is free or affordable and it simply cannot be missed.

I really enjoyed strolling through Central Park. The only issue I had was navigating through the park was a little difficult. I loved how the vendors are scattered throughout the park and at the entrance. I enjoyed the scenery and different statues and monuments. I loved the park performers and the interactions they have with the crowd. The park is huge but the layout it well thought out and functional. You can also go the mini zoo they have at the park which is also a unique feature. It was also cool to recognize the different parts of the park from the different movie scenes.

What a park, there is everything here that you could hope for, from ice skating to puppet shows to castles. It's surreal to see the skyscrapers through the trees because central park seems so removed from the noise and the business. It's a great place to stroll or sit or explore. My little girl loved spotting squirrels and watching the buskers and their huge bubbles. It certainly is the peaceful heart of the busy town that is New York City
