Good place to come and work. There’s lot of seating available, free WiFi, good coffee and desert options. Plenty of power outlets available to charge your devices. #BeatTheGrind

Great cafe! Great staff, delicious coffee! There is one minus - the internet ... it's horrible. Please repair it

After buying coffee here And sitting down my fiancé was hungry so I left and brought McDonald’s because they don’t have real food here. After returning with Micky d’s I sat down with her and they told me we can’t eat it here and to hide the bag. We continued to eat it anyways. This isn’t he first time they said I couldn’t do something here so I am boycotting this place. There are lots of other coffee shops around anyway. The coffee is expensive compared to other replaces also.

The English-speaking customer service I received was good, but, for a "famous" cafe in Lviv, I was really disappointed. I literally almost vomited after I paid close to 150 UAH for the "salmon" salad. The old fish had gone bad. It was beyond slimy and smelly. I still made the mistake of accidentally eating one before I realized and could have gotten food poisoning. The salads have no expiration date listed on them as I suppose the law does not require this in Ukraine unlike EU countries, but, in a slightly worse scenario, I could have had to be hospitalized or even died. The sandwich I ordered was better (no food poisoning!) but still below average - it had all the right ingredients but in the wrong proportions because I guess the fellow making did not know how to make a proper roast cheese sandwich. I really could have made a better sandwich like this for myself at home. Finally, I was shocked that this "famous" cafe in the center of Lviv did not even have a cell phone charger for customer use when mine died. I had to spend the better part of an hour begging other customers at the cafe to let me use theirs so I could find my holiday apartment on Google Maps and walk home. I noticed that the customers weren't always the friendliest people either (though a few were definitely friendly, but they were the minority) . One girl was actively on a video call on her phone to a guy in the UK she had been calling for over a year, apparently trying to get him to buy her a plane ticket to go there. Unfortunately, it reminded me a bit of the worst stereotypes about Ukraine in the movie "Love Me." Maybe a sign that this place has fallen both in terms of quality and customers from its earlier glory days? I'm guessing many friendly students and young professionals who live in Lviv and were regulars may not go here anymore. I want to be clear that the cafe is still very spacious, clean, and, as I said, did have very friendly, English-speaking customer service. The smoothie I ordered was also tasty. It seemed like a solid place to spend an afternoon and get work done or chat with friends IF you don't order any of their food and bring your own cell phone charger... :)

They offered a comfortable and stylish place. But they had not such great varieties to offer for snacks or desserts
