Kind of an expensive place to come for a coffee and there's no air-conditioning so on a hot day it can get quite sweaty. Although the air flow is quite good and there's some shaded areas outside to sit. Plenty of seating indoors but it's not an ideal place to work.

Email us a video of this fine place and you will have much luck in the future.

The rooms were cozy and clean. The wifi was surprisingly good, and the entire building had a quaint feel (and lovely views) the location was phenomenal, although crossing the street was perilous. Breakfast was tasty, but allow 30 minutes for any coffee beyond instant. A great value and a great hotel.

This place was priced right, fairly well located (more on that later), friendly staff and cute rooms. Be aware that if you get a room in the front on the street it is very noisy. I spent one night there and was moved. The room I was moved to was great with a beautiful view of a giant gold Buddha, well decorated, comfortable and quiet. Slept like a log. Also, this street out front is right next to river surrounding old city, so to get to old city you must cross it, and it's not easy! There are no stop lights, only unlit crosswalks. No one will automatically stop for you. You need to start walking out and wave your hands and really take your life into your hands to get back and forth. I dreaded it. That being said, people do stop on a dime here, don't get angry and you will eventually get across. Other than the street, it's a nice, quaint, cheap, clean and charming place to stay. Breakfast it pretty good too.

The location was great and the room was nice and clean. They provided free refrigerated water which was great. The breakfast was a choice of soups and noodles with some fruit. We didn't have a chance to try their lunch or dinner menu. The staff were very friendly. If you want to leave your luggage with them on check out day though, it isn't necessarily secure. We didn't have any thefts but it was a concern.

It's nice visually and laid back but right on a principal road and the noise never ever ever stops. The bed was comfy, the room rather small and the ac worked fined.

Very basic hotel seemingly run by a small family. The staff are polite and welcoming. For a budget hotel you get decent size rooms. I chose the Superior room that came with a King Size bed with the right amount of firmness and softness. There was a shelve-like tiny table that can fit a small laptop and some spare room for a cup or bottle. A flat screen TV with all channels in Thai except one. In the ensuite bathroom there is a shower with a bottle each of shampoo and shower gel. A hair dryer was provided in its original box. There was a fridge filled with bottles of drinking water half way up the staircase from the ground floor that guests can take and bring into their rooms to consume. I was disappointed that they did not provide a kettle meaning that I could not make any hot drinks such as tea and coffee. One thing to remember is that the electrical sockets are different to UK so you should bring an adaptor as the hotel doesn't have these at all. Overall it's a nice hotel in a good location by the canal and is within easy walking distance to the Old Town
