I'm not an expert, but I'm pretty sure this place has the literal best Pad See Eiw in the world.

Noodle with gravy sauce- radna or stir fried noodle with egg - pad see eew are only two choices to have here. There are small options to choose from like small noodle - sennmee/ large flat noodle- kuay tiew/ egg noodle -bamee and even no noodle at all - Kaolao. Only pork here no chic or meat as choices but it is all great. Possibly one of the best place to have pad see eew in bangkok. It is oily and unhealthy and possibly cost you about 750cal, but it worth the sweat you have to burn after finishing it. Smell the burnt of that pan, lightly sweet and salty tgt with tender meat are the key to a great pad-see eew. Service is good street style. No deco no air cond, but that is not why you are here. i normally order mine double eggs (recently tried triple, which is about enough). The radna is not as good though.

We prefer to find places where locals eats. So for the best local Pad See Ew, come here! They only serve 2 types of noodles, Pad See Ew and Lard Nar. We ordered the traditional Pad See We with Flat rice noodles and the Lard Nar with thin rice noodles. But being the piggies that we are, we also got Pad See Ew Sen Mee Paem Kai Jeow. Which is a fluffy fried egg omelette on top of Pad See Ew with thin rice noodles. 3 noodles and 1 bottle of water set us back 180 baht! The restaurant is away from the center but it is worth the trek if you are a big Pad See Ew fan like us. My fav was the traditional Pad See Ew. The pork was marinated already and super tasty. Noodles were fried with enough "wok air" that was just delicious. Place is small and pretty busy with take outs as well. But they have menu in English too so it's easy to order.
