Red House – Shop & Café

Great little spot nestled in the North Adelaide parklands. It’s part of a still operational train station but they’ve converted the station house now into a restaurant cafe. Coffee is good and they have free WiFi for anyone wanting to work there. Seating inside and out for enjoying a warm spring afternoon in the sun

Didn’t try anything on the menu but the guy next to me had a burger which looked pretty tasty.

Went here for the first time today 13-10-18 for breakfast. We eat out quite a bit and like to try different places, this has to be the best breakfast we’ve had. My wife had the salmon stacked on potato, rocket with an amazing relish. The staff are friendly and welcoming, lovely environment and an added bonus of a vintage shop attached. I can safely say we’ll be back!

A fantastic venue to have a relaxed breakfast. We had an undercover outdoor table on a beautifully sunny winter's morning. All of the food and drinks were fresh and delicious. The breakfast nachos with smokey beans were perfectly balanced in every way, an incredibly tasty plate of food. The staff were friendly and helpful, and happily looked after all our dietary requirements.

Wonderfully eclectic cafe set in an old railway station. The coffee is good and the breakfast and lunch menu is pretty good too. The staff is very friendly always pleased to help. There is even art pieces on display which are for sale.

We had afternoon tea at the Red House. We were nestled by the fire in the end room, keeping warm and dry. Our family group shared a plate of delicious cakes cut into tasting sized pieces along with the kids of tea and coffee. Great way to spend a couple of hours.
